MCY Site Services, LLC, doing business as DumpsterLogix ("we," "us," or "our"), operates a transactional SMS program. This SMS Policy describes how we use text messaging in connection with our services.

Program Name and Description
The DumpsterLogix SMS Program
DumpsterLogix offers a transactional SMS program to customers who have opted in. We send text messages related to DumpsterLogix platform accounts, billing, security, service updates, and inquiries. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Dumpster rental companies that subscribe to the DumpsterLogix platform may also send their own transactional messages (such as delivery and pickup notifications) to their end customers through the platform. In those messages, the rental company is the sender, and consent is collected and managed by that company under its own SMS and privacy policies.
Program Type
Transactional / Non-Marketing
Messages are sent in direct connection with a platform account, service order, or inquiry placed with us. We do not send promotional offers, advertising, or general marketing content via SMS.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from DumpsterLogix through any of the following methods:
- Contact Form: Check the SMS consent checkbox on our contact or demo request form when submitting an inquiry. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.
- Account Settings: Enable SMS notifications within your DumpsterLogix account settings.
- Verbal Consent: Provide verbal consent during a phone call with our team at 832-220-1518.
By opting in, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from DumpsterLogix as described in this policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-In Confirmation
After opting in, you will receive an SMS confirmation message acknowledging your enrollment in the DumpsterLogix SMS program. The confirmation message will include our brand name, opt-out instructions, help instructions, and message frequency disclosure.
Types of Messages You May Receive
- Account and signup confirmations
- Billing and subscription notifications
- Security and login alerts
- Platform service and maintenance updates
- Responses to demo and quote requests submitted through our contact form
- Customer care follow-up communications
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You will typically receive 1 to 6 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. DumpsterLogix does not charge you for sending SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge for receiving them. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages from DumpsterLogix at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply with UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
- Calling us at 832-220-1518 and requesting removal from SMS notifications.
- Emailing info@dumpsterlogix.com with an opt-out request.
After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your request, and you will no longer receive SMS communications from us. Opt-out requests are processed promptly.
If you are receiving messages from a dumpster rental company that uses the DumpsterLogix platform, replying STOP to those messages opts you out of that company's messages.
How to Rejoin SMS
If you previously opted out and wish to receive SMS messages again, you may re-enroll using any of the opt-in methods described above. After re-enrolling, you will resume receiving SMS communications.

No Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors providing support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with third parties.
This policy specifically applies to:
- Mobile phone numbers collected during opt-in
- SMS consent records and timestamps
- Mobile device identifiers
Mobile opt-in data is used solely to provide service-related SMS communications to the customer who provided consent.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
DumpsterLogix and participating mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and is outside our control.
We are not responsible for:
- Messages delayed or not delivered because of carrier issues
- Messages filtered as spam by your carrier
- Messages not received because of device, network, or service interruptions
- Charges incurred from receiving our messages
Compliance With Industry Standards
The DumpsterLogix SMS program is operated in compliance with applicable industry standards, including CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and applicable state and federal regulations governing commercial text messaging.
Age Restriction
Our SMS program is intended for users aged 18 or older. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
