Flat monthly · 0% on card processing

One flat subscription.
Zero percent

Dumpster software likes to take a slice of every swipe. DumpsterLogix doesn’t. You connect your own Stripe account at onboarding — card money settles to you at Stripe’s standard published rates, which go to Stripe, not to us. No per-transaction markup. No “payments module” upcharge. No per-truck fees inside your tier.

Getting paid

From phone call
to funded job.

The estimate, the signature, and the payment are one native flow — not three subscriptions duct-taped together. Six steps, no re-typing, no chasing.

STEP 01

Quick Order

Take the call. Address autocompletes via Google Places; your pricing rules do the math.

STEP 02

Send

The estimate goes out by SMS + email with a tokenized link.

STEP 03

Their phone

Customer opens a page branded to your company — not ours.

STEP 04

E-sign

They read the agreement and sign it right there.

STEP 05

Pay

Card capture via Stripe Elements on your Stripe account — kept on file, tokenized.

STEP 06

On the board

The order creates itself and hits dispatch. Funded before the box leaves the yard.

And when the job runs past the drop: card-on-file for overages, customer-facing payment pages and a self-serve portal, plus invoicing, billing workflows, and rental aging for the accounts that pay on terms. No website? We build that too — with online booking wired straight into this flow.

The locked workflow

Bill it before the truck
ends the night.

Overweight load? Tires in the box? Your driver taps it mid-route, photo attached. The office sees it in real time and bills it the same day, on the card you already have on file.

Every competitor still batch-keys these charges at end of shift — and eats whatever gets forgotten. Your dashboard shows one number for what didn’t slip: revenue protected via real-time capture this week.

The system

Built for how roll-off
actually runs.

Take the call, price it right, get it signed, put it on the board, and know where every box is — and what every size is earning you.

01

Dispatch Board

Delivery, pickup, swap, relocation, removal — every move on one board. Quick Order intake with Google Places autocomplete, plus scale tickets and disposal entries. The Dispatch Copilot suggests who should run each job and explains why — a human dispatcher always makes the call.

02

Driver Mode

Phone-first, in the Chrome browser — nothing to install, no app to freeze. Tablets run a 60/40 split: live map beside the job card, so charges get captured without ever leaving the map. Photos and DOT pre/post-trip inspections built in.

no app store
03

Live Inventory

Where every box is, right now. Multi-yard tracking, box movements, and idle-box visibility. Availability is derived from the board, never typed — the count is always true.

Box-Size Profitability

Revenue, disposal cost, overage revenue, net profit, profit-per-turn, and utilization — by size, with drilldown to the individual box. “Which size is actually making me money” — answered.

Flat tier pricing — $400/mo for 1–5 trucks, $500/mo for 6–10. Same features in both tiers; adding a truck within your tier costs $0 extra.

28

Free trial, month-to-month, cancel anytime — no upfront non-refundable annual contract.

29

Optional Portable Toilet module for operators who run both — flat $100/mo add-on, any truck count.

Who built it

Designed by an operator,
not a software company.

DumpsterLogix was designed by a second-generation roll-off dumpster owner running two companies and over 600 boxes— after years of using the other dumpster operating software and living with its gaps. He didn’t write the code. He wrote what the software had to do: one company serves commercial accounts with cable-lift trucks, the other handles residential and light construction with hook-lift, and every screen in here exists to make daily operations seamless while keeping a finger on the pulse of the entire business.

GENERATION OPERATOR

COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL

That’s why the workflows aren’t generic. Commercial accounts get net-30 billing and the job books at signature. Residential and cleanout customers pay up front before a truck rolls. Same software, both sides of the business, because we run both sides of the business.

Business terms

Flat. Month-to-month.
Yours.

The subscription is the whole price. The processing is between you and Stripe. Two tiers, identical features — pick by fleet size and nothing else.

Tier 1 · 1–5 trucks
$400/mo

Every feature — all 29. Add trucks up to five and the bill doesn’t move.

Tier 2 · 6–10 trucks
$500/mo

The same everything — no feature gates, no “Pro” column. Just more trucks.

Both tiers include every feature. The only difference is fleet size.

Portable Toilet moduleADD-ON
$100/mo

Run porta-johns too? Bolt it onto either tier and run both service lines from the same board. Flat $100/mo — truck count never touches it. Available as an add-on to Tier 1 or Tier 2 only; not sold standalone.

Our cut of card processing
0%

Your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Stripe’s standard published rates go to Stripe — not to us. No markup, no “payments module” upcharge.

To add a truck in your tier
$0

Flat tier pricing. Growing inside your tier never changes the bill — no per-truck escalation.

The commitment
None

Free trial, then month-to-month. Cancel anytime. No upfront, non-refundable annual contract on the software. The only 12-month agreement anywhere: a website + Booking Engine build that isn’t paid in lump sum.
